like about 1hr 53mins ago. for that 1hr 53mins i was checking in on twitter, clearing the red boxes in facebook and scrolling through endless beautiful nice things in tumblr. and of cos, logging onto blogger to type this :)

let's start with this:

gambling is a problem and we all know that. but still we carry on with our annual games of majong and tai-di be it with 5cents, peanuts or push-ups.

drinking is known to have cause-and-effect with situations such as abuse, drink-driving and such. but still occasionally we make our way to pubs, drink a glass or so to relax and enjoy.

my point? we know issues like these as vices and the negative consequences it has on people. but it is the extreme indulgence and excessive reliance on it that causes problems to arise. likewise these social media are cool, good connective mediums of entertainment. but when there is an over reliance and urge to log on and use them every free moment, or worse just any moment, in your life, then we have a problem. lesson learnt, life does not revolve around these sites, but use it for its purpose and dont abuse it.

i'm not the best of writers and communicator, but the idea's there.

in conclusion, a note to self: dont be so boring and sit in front of the computer all day. go out there and actually do those interesting things you see and read about..but all within means, within means...

had a rather bad and boring past few days (tsk, didnt heed my own advice..TSK)
BUT i got to celebrate mama's birthday, eat at a hotel buffet and learn how to curl my hair with paper bags/brown paper. mymilktoof.blogspot.com helped too..
