cny has been good this year..not much of a festive mood but saw more relatives then normal (ie: better harvest..so practical for a kid) and not forgetting all the good food to eat!! nomsnomsnoms..but sadly, i've only hit a total of 3 yushengs this year (1 family, 1 e420, 1 usherministry) when last year i ate a total of 7 or 8! hahaha..greedy.

watched a cny movie this year, a jack-neo movie no less! 'Homecoming' is really not bad! Funny without trying too hard, up-beat pace from start to end, characters share equal screen time and nicely coming together at the end..good show to catch for some laughs and warm fuzzy feelings :) ah niu's character is the funniest. hahaha..and there's always the pretty rebecca lim to look at :p subtitles interpret but don't exactly bring across funny dialect bits, so it helps if you understand at least one, and bonus if you understand both!

next movies on the to-watch list: 'DA SHI JIE'!!!!! ('Its a Great Great World') it fascinates me that the original site for 'da shi jie' is where Great World City stands now!!
