my hair is in the most cui state ever...like a hay stack. dear says its because i'm not getting enough nutrients from my food. so i went to google 'hair food' and here's a summary. and i am too lazy to do a reference list of the sites i used. so. erm. pls dont sue me...i already have bad hair!! >.< SO! the verdict is to eat more fish, eggs, dark green leafy veggies, nuts and HA! apples and drink more red and green tea!! going to try to remember to do so...!!
