here's some home remedies for bloated stomach or constipated ones:

to clean the digestive system, drink aloe vera juice (twice a day)
drink ginger tea to start bowel movement. and if i'm not wrong, it gets rid of wind in the tummy too..
eat a lot a lot of fruits, green vegetables, cabbage, carrots, garlic...etc..all the high in fiber ones..
exercising seems to help too. or just a simple stroll in the park..i walk a lot at expo. =p

went to take a look at orchard central with dearest today. its really quite a boring mall. haha..maybe because the crowd isnt there, and not all the shops are open. sofa chairs filled spaces where shops are suppose to be..smart idea though...youngsters like to sit there and rot away and enjoy the aircon. we had the privilage of having a guide, ms yeeling! haha..she brought us to the most interesting place. the indoor rock wall. $30 for 2hours? went to eat at the whats the name...the sub shop. standard is wayyy higher than subway (ie: nicer la!) but of cos subway has the quantity.

so dear friends, please remind me to eat healthy next time..... =)
