helplines aren't all that helpful after all. how are you helpful when all that you're telling me is what i am already looking at on my computer screen?? and you needed me to ask if its wrong before you went to check it out, and return to tell me that indeed the information has been changed. and there's no initiative to check on the discrepencies. especially so when it involves critical things...defeats the purpose of the helpline...Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at least there's still hope somewhere out on this island..took a cab driven by a fairly young chap (young enough to tell his passenger he is going drinking after..like what are you going to do with your cab after that??!??) he was surprisingly friendly and even concern about his passenger's safety after the person alighted. not bad sia.. rather high tech too, he uses the GPS to navigate his way around but proceeds to tell me that GPS cannot be trusted...lols ps: any willing souls out there to lend me the harry potter (book) series?? said my piece at 10:28 pm
