irritating calls
calling UPS is really troublesome.Tuesday, April 07, 2009 its stated in italics that 'for enquiries about this invoice, please call or write to:' and then in bold their address and phone numbers. but when i called to enquire about the invoice. the woman told me in a bored voice, "can you please call this other number to ask..*rattles on the number..." so i tried calling their universal helpline number..same thing. but i caught the number that woman was rattling. it was the correct number to enquire. first try, "nope, not paid." second call, "oh yes, you've paid partial of it." why in the first place did u ask us to pay partically??!?? further questions about the payment, the lady said, "i'll need to ask my finance department" and from experience, the finance department seems to be taking a super-duper long vacation. as you can tell, its not the first time i'm calling. and every time its the same accent and same replies. and same null response. i'm still waiting for her to check with the finance department. *updated aarrgghh....speaking to them is really irritating...going in circles, not giving an answer..pushing the blame here and there..department to department..country to country......and it would seem their finance department in incompetent. talking to the ppl from another particular company is also very irritating they speak like its a gang-talk, like you owe them money. demanding and unreasonable. talking to that certain foreigner is also killing my tolerance level. anyone has part-time job??? that fits into school's schedule, family schedule..etc....picky yea. gosh...its like speaking to a certain local person.........................................................
